Salam Alaykum

Will a modest woman take her Hijab off for work? A simple question. No. But do some women take off their hijab for work? Maybe. But Allah will judge them not me. Let’s start with why a woman shouldn’t take off her hijab for a job. Simply because she’s in this world to be tested by Allah, she’s not in this world to let the western world control her. Simply, will this job get you rewarded by Allah ? Will this job help you in the after life? I don’t think so. Hijab created the face of islam, the hijab is something you should stand with. If this job doesn’t hire you because of your hijab, then fight for it with your hijab. There’s plenty of jobs  20 years ago that did not hire women because of their hijab but now a lot of women can work without removing their hijab. Let the modest hijab win. Allah will reward a woman for fighting for her Hijab.

With coronavirus and the ongoing pandemic, many people have started working from home and online.  That is a perk for some modest women as it allows them to work while staying modest. Working from home is great for Muslim women because the environment is free from strange men, and no-one can judge you for your Hijab, and there is no mistreatment. In the end, it’s you and Allah. Do what pleases Allah, not what pleases you or others, because we will go back to Him. Insh’Allah our steps follow the path of Fatima Alzahra AS, and we remain modest like Fatima AS. No matter the generation or time we are in! What matters is what Fatima AS taught us and what we should learn from her. She is the lady of all women in this world for a reason, and we should follow the steps of Fatima Alzahra AS.

Do what pleases Allah, not what pleases you or others, because we will go back to Him. Insh’Allah our steps follow the path of Fatima Alzahra AS, and we remain modest like Fatima AS.”
