The relationship between liberation, resistance and the Holy Hijab, is one that was forged by the Holy Hands of the Ahlulbayt (peace be upon them), by the will of Allah.
To me, this was a miracle and gift from Lady Fatima (as), which I will forever hold close to my heart. The abaya Zainabiya disciplined me and continues to discipline me spiritually and physically.
All in all, I can say that it is never too late to wear the hijab. I’m very thankful to Allah (SWT) that He instilled the love of the Ahlulbayt (as) and hijab in my heart.
I then began my journey of accepting the truth and started my detachment.
I took Sayyeda Fatima and Sayyeda Zainab as my role models, knowing that they are infallible women that can be followed. I tried to follow them in their knowledge and also in their chastity.
This sad experience made me more passionate about wearing my Hijab with pride and let my Hijab shine in a world filled with ignorance.
