‘The Fatimah Legacy’ ميراث السيدة فاطمة ع is a campaign to help provide Hijab across the world (except the Middle East and South Asia regions).
WHAT IS OUR MISSION?
Our commitment to others
Firstly, it is important to understand why we were created. Our campaign was founded by a convert who struggled to find Hijab pieces in the west. And it is from there, and countless networking with other converts, did our mission grow. Now, with our amazing team, we are fulfilling our mission by helping sisters who struggle with finding the true Islamic Hijab — both internally and physically.
We want to aid every sister in her Fatimi journey and spread the Fatimi Hijab around the world by educating and distributing Hijabs. al-Zahra (peace be upon her) is alive in every Fatimi sister. The Fatimi hijab is a banner of her chastity and purity and a mark that her legacy lives and will continue till the end of times.

Why is important to make the Hijab accessible?
We aim to send Hijab pieces (scarf/niqab/abaya) to all those who need it. This will be free or at a low cost. Many countries don’t have easy access to these necessary Hijab items, or, if they do, it is overpriced. Insh’Allah we will work on sending them for free (excluding courier costs)!
We are working on connecting with people in the Middle East and collecting donations of the aforementioned Hijab. We will also accept donations worldwide and donations in money form to cover our costs and buying Hijab, Abaya, etc.
EDUCATING SOCIETY ABOUT THE HIJAB
Understanding the Hijab is the first step to accepting it…
It is a duty of every believer to spread the knowledge that they acquire and hence, we believe we are responsible in helping as many believers as possible to comprehend and value the Hijab. We will do this insh’Allah through female-only events, free educational courses, blogging and social media (including our YouTube channel).
The Hijab is one of the most misunderstood concepts today. This is due to many factors, but one of them is the ignorance of the western people. Through our global campaign, we endeavour to tackle this ignorance and cultivate our knowledge about Islam the Hijab together.

Everything about the Hijab on the Internet
With our increasingly technological world comes many benefits like overpassing the limitations of face-to-face teaching. We will use this to our advantage to provide to the general public educational content through videos and blogs.
Both our videos and blogs are varied in content but present current affairs, historical accounts and Islamic, emotional and psychological support. Support will be provided through our 24:7 service to all the believers and sharing the stories of sisters about their Hijab journey and much more!
Our videos are translated into ten different languages in order to reach many people and we hope to expand this over time insh’Allah. Everything is online so that you can watch the videos and read the blogs anytime, anywhere!
